At T2 Tea, we want you to love your brew; if you change your mind about your tea or teaware, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, all tea products must be returned in their original, heat-sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original box or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring you include the completed returns form inside the package.
Post and Refund
Drop your package off at any authorized postal location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
